Notice of annual general meeting

Renaissance South Yorkshire Limited

Notice is hereby given that the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the company will be held at Renaissance House, Adwick Park, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 5NB on Wednesday 18th July 2007 immediately after the board meeting commencing 2pm for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the report of the directors and the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2007.
  2. To reappoint the retiring auditors and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.
